We at StarLiner VIP Transport are working to make our site StarLiner VIP Transport (www.starlinerviptransport.com) accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of AA. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have:

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content

The accessibility of certain pages on the site depends on content that does not belong to the organization, and instead belongs to Elite Booking Solutions, our online reservation system provider. The following pages are affected by this:

Accessibility arrangements in the organization

At StarLiner VIP Transport, we are committed to ensuring our services are accessible to all clients. Our main office at 501 Union Street, Ste 400, Nashville, TN 37219 and our transportation services offer the following accessibility arrangements:

  • Accessible parking spaces near our office and at designated pick-up/drop-off locations in Nashville

  • Wheelchair-accessible vehicles, including luxury vans and coaches equipped with ramps or lifts, available upon request

  • Accessible restrooms at our office building

  • Chauffeurs trained to assist passengers with mobility, visual, or hearing impairments, ensuring safe and comfortable travel

  • Booking services available via phone or email for clients unable to use the online reservation system

  • Participation in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program to support passengers with non-visible disabilities, in alignment with practices at Nashville International Airport (BNA)

Additional accessibility accessories, such as portable hearing loops or large-print itineraries, are available upon request. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange specific accommodations for your travel needs.
